How the scope works
The retainer is set in hours and meetings, not “unlimited”: Up to 20 hours a month, plus every sprint planning and review meeting. The weekly update shows the hours used.
How it starts
Most clients start after a Discovery Sprint, so the plan we hold the team to is one we wrote with you. If you already have a plan and a team, start with a discovery call or a free message and we will tell you whether the retainer makes sense.
