Why is the discovery call paid?
Because it is real work. We prepare, ask the questions an engineering team would ask, and give you a straight view of scope, budget and fit. It costs $150 for 30 minutes. You pay by card on Razorpay’s secure page, then choose a time. The discovery call fee is non-refundable once paid.
What happens after I pay?
Two short steps. First, tell us about the idea, and share a link to any documents you have, for example a Google Drive, Dropbox or Notion link. You can skip this. Then choose a time from the calendar. We read your brief before the call, so the 30 minutes go on your product, not on background.
Can I ask a question without paying?

How is this different from hiring an agency?
An agency sells you its own build. We start with a plan you own, help you choose who builds it, and stay on your side while they do. We can build it too, but you never have to.
Do you take commission from the teams you recommend?
We take no referral fees or commissions from any team we recommend. Our only income from a client is the fee that client pays us.
What exactly is in the Discovery Sprint?
Problem framing, target users, user flows, an MVP scope cut, a PRD, low-fi wireframes, a recommended tech approach, a realistic timeline and budget with a local agency vs. India team comparison, and a shortlist of vetted teams. It takes 2–3 weeks and costs $2,500, fixed. Full details.
What if I already have a team or a half-built product?
That works. The sprint can start from what exists: we review what is built, the backlog and the estimates, then plan from there. The retainer works with the team you already have.
Can you build it yourselves?
Yes. Our own team can build from the sprint plan. It is optional, and the plan works with any team. Quoted after the sprint, from the plan.
How do you handle timezones?
We work 09:00-18:00 India time, with an evening window of 18:30-21:30 IST for the Americas. UAE clients share most of the working day, the UK and Europe share the morning to mid-afternoon, and Sydney shares its afternoon. US clients get a fixed weekly meeting in their morning. What happens if I stop after the sprint?
You keep every document and owe nothing more. There is no obligation to build with us or to keep us on.
How is the retainer scoped?
In hours and meetings, not “unlimited”: Up to 20 hours a month, plus every sprint planning and review meeting. It costs $2,500 / month. The weekly update shows the hours used.
Do you sign NDAs?
Yes, before the sprint starts. The discovery call covers the idea at whatever level of detail you are comfortable sharing.
How much does an MVP cost with an India team?
It depends on scope. Indicative senior rates in India are typically well below US, UK and Western European rates. See the indicative table. The Discovery Sprint gives you a real number for your product.
Who owns the documents and the code?
You do. Every sprint document is yours from the day it is delivered. If we build, the code, accounts and repositories are held in your name.
