We talk for 30 minutes on video. You tell us the idea, who it is for, where you are now and the budget you have in mind. We ask the questions an engineering team would ask later, and tell you plainly whether we are the right fit. You pay when you book, by card through Razorpay, then choose a time.

We turn the idea into a plan a team can build from. We map your users and their flows, cut the scope to a real MVP, write the PRD, sketch low-fi wireframes, recommend a tech approach, and set a realistic timeline and budget. We compare what a local agency would typically charge with a vetted India team, and shortlist teams that fit.

You choose who builds it: a team from our shortlist, your own team, or ours. We walk you through the trade-offs of each. There is no pressure to pick us, and no fee from any team you pick.

Your chosen team builds. We sit in sprint planning and reviews, check estimates and invoices against the plan, catch scope creep early, make architecture and vendor calls with you, and send you a written update every week.

We help you ship, check the release against the plan, and make sure you hold every account, repository and credential. Then you choose: hand over to your team, or keep us on.
You keep everything. The PRD, flows, wireframes, budget and shortlist are yours to use with any team, or to put on a shelf. There is no obligation to build with us and nothing more to pay.
