Background
I have spent 7+ years as a business analyst, product owner and strategy partner in financial services, healthtech and AI/LLM products. I write the requirements, data models and solution architecture that engineering teams build against, including for live AI agents and credit-decisioning systems.
Why this business exists
I kept watching founders with a good idea and a real budget pay for a build before anyone had written down what to build. The team was rarely the problem. Nobody on the founder’s side owned the plan. ConsulShivTech exists to be that owner: someone who writes the plan down, prices it honestly and stays accountable for it until the product ships.

How I work
I work 09:00-18:00 India time, with an evening window of 18:30-21:30 IST for clients in the Americas. Remote, working with founders worldwide. Every client gets a written update each week, and decisions are written down, so nothing lives only in a call.
